Every obstacle was half-assed and clearly rushed. Got to agree. In the UK at least the just feel like most of the obstacles are simply lift and carry this random shit. Cardio or strength training? I only ever get the endorphin rush during long, strenuous bouts of cardio. Like when I’m at mile 70 of a tough bike ride and there’s a steep hill ahead of me, and instead of giving up and slow rolling, I push through and hammer it. That’s when my body usually gives me the endorphin rush. Not sure if it’s supposed to be a reward system, or if it’s my body’s coping mechanism.
