I had 3 cats. 1 of them always jumped to my lap… He died 2 years ago with our second cat. The one who was young and didn’t die started to jump on my lap… When my 2 cats were alive he never did it. And after we got a new cat buddy for him. The kitty started to do it. Now both of my cats jump on my lap. Very peculiar. I had to say goodbye to my buddy a little over ten years ago. It was so hard. After I left the vet, having put him down, I was pretty inconsolable.
