Nyc is probably 100x worse. Yeah. I feel you. Probably the reason why NJ is bad is how close it is from NY. I don’t dare to even think about buying a home in NYC. Hard no. My parents gave me the option initially after college, but the job I found was just far enough away to the point where they didn’t feel comfortable having me drive every day. If there was public transport near it they would have insisted I stay with them. And I’d probably be saving another 12k a year.

Love this shirt. It does run small. I ordered a size larger and it still fits a little snug. The arms are really snug. I thought I had bought a tshirt, but it turns out this is a blouse. :-) It has 3 buttons on the side, which I took off because they were annoying. Didn’t notice them in the pic. Weird hem. But, after I took the buttons off,I can live with the hem.
